Fura is nestled on the back of Inyangani Mountain overlooking a dam. This area is renowned for its diverse and stunning beauty
and its unique birdlife. This is a peaceful, private getaway with fantastic walks into the National Park.
The property has extensive mature gardens with many beautiful trees. The house consists of four bedrooms (three bedrooms with bathroom ensuite), an open plan lounge and dining area and a kitchen stocked with all the necessary utensils (plus a fridge with a small freezer compartment and a gas oven).

This Summer
The lounge is a warm and welcoming area that is spacious. It leads onto a
large veranda that overlooks the private dam. The kitchen has all the
necessary utensils. There is sufficient crockery and cutlery for 8 people.
There is an electric fridge and equipped gas stove.
There is a small wood/charcoal braai.
Enjoy Pure Refreshing Water from the springs in the National Park.
The hot water system runs from a Wood boiler so has plenty of hot water but only seems to work on one hot tap at a time if pressure pump is not on. Ask Webster
where the pressure switch is if we have power. Please stagger your baths/showers. The downstairs room hot water needs to be kept on for a bit before becoming hot.
There is ZESA but please take up candles and torches. Other essentials to remember are toilet paper, salts peppers, soap, washing up liquid etc.
We normally take up a bit of ice as the fridge will probably only be switched on, on arrival and only if power is on.

The dining room seats 8 and opens out onto the terrace where you can braai. We normally take charcoal as wattle is not much good.
There are two double bedrooms, one twin bedded room and one large family room with a double bed and two single beds.

US$100 (at the market rate of the day you pay) per night for 4 people $10 per night for any additional people. Kids under 12 not included Bookings will only be confirmed once they are paid for. Please let us know if anything is broken or in need of repair.
PLEASE TAKE ALL EMPTY BOTTLES HOME WITH YOU. ALSO PLEASE BLOW OUT CANDLES WHEN NOT IN USE. FIRE IS A HAZARD
Our Staff and Services
Webster and Neria (Neria started with us in Sept 2020 so is very new and is on probation) are there to service the house and know where everything is and how it works. They will make beds, wash up, supply firewood etc but do not cook.
We recommend a gratuity if happy of $3 a day between them plus any bits and pieces left over. If not happy please tell us.
Please do not leave valuables around, we do have a new unproven staff member.
The property is fenced. This is more to keep cattle out, not security. However do keep valuables locked away.
